Give the Gift of Prayer
Jan 9
Prayer is a precious gift. It’s one of the most precious things you can give to another person. I wanted to have this blog up on the January 1 but I didn’t. But better late than never.
Praying for someone else is perfect unseen gift to give your loved ones, friends and family. But the best gift is salvation that God has given through His son Jesus.
I have created a list of things you can pray about for other people for 30 days. Lift up those you love and watch what God does in their lives and in the world.
First let me give you a prayer that you can pray and put the name of someone you love in.
Heavenly Father I pray for my loved one [insert their name], I pray that you help them to know you and love you with all their heart, mind, soul and strength. Help them to put their total trust in You and that you would pursue them with the truth of the gospel that saves their souls. I ask you to draw them by the precious Holy Spirit and help them to be revived by Your love for them. Heal all their wounds, hurts, rejection and mental anguish. Cause them to know you intimately every day. Speak to their hearts, comfort them, drive out fear with Your love. I give this person to you in prayer and know that you hear me and answer this prayer. I am confident that you will do what You said You will do. In Jesus name, Amen.
