Setback …..the flu is toying with me!

Are you kidding me are you kidding me! I am having a setback omggggosh! I thought I was getting better and today I feel worse. Okay now I am getting a little worried. Well, more rest for me. More time to lay here and think about Christ and my goals for 2022. More time to hear the voice of God in solitude and listen to my breathing and feels my aches. LOL.

I did however get constructive and made good use of my time. I updated the first week of my planner and thought about what I think I want to talk about on the podcast next week.

Ooh yea and for yal wondering how I am doing on my plant based eating while sick– still hanging in there.  I have been eating this new way for the past 6 days and it seems to be working for me. I am however not very hungry I think because of this flu but I will stick with it. Not going back. 

The evening progressed and so did the aches and pains. Wondering how many more days of this will go on, whatever this is. Can yal tell I really don’t like being sick. 

Okay maybe tomorrow will be better. Please Lord.
