The Pain is over!

Okay… I am here again… showing up as I said.

I finally figured out why I am not feeling better. I have been having an ongoing asthma attack. Yes yea  I have…. and I tell you what … I hate living in Georgia. Why? Because it never dawned on me that I am having an allergy issues like in the spring only its DECEMBER. This state is too warm. We are not in winter and stuff is trying to bloom and that wreaks havoc on my asthma symptoms. So my back, between shoulder blades been really hurting and that is because my lungs are inflamed because of the WARM WEATHER.

So I can’t even begin to describe how much I hate this climate and really need God to move me to the ocean beach front. Salt air is healing for asthma sufferers. So am I feeling better? Yes after two puffs on the inhaler last night and this morning– feeling great. No pain.

I also got in the infrared sauna today and sweated out toxins for 30 min. That was wonderful. If you have never tried it you need to. Does wonders for the body.
